Top Shelf Mobile Bar Company is here to help make your event fun and unique! All of our staff work in the bar/restaurant industry either fulltime or part-time and absolutely love what they do. Top Shelf is fully insured and all staff are certified (e.g. RAMP) to make sure your event is covered safely and professionally. With the owner of Top Shelfs youngest stepson being diagnosed with Autism, the Autism community holds a special place in our hearts. Top Shelf donates 5% of all profits into the Autism community.
Meet The Owner
My name is Jessica Groff, owner and operator of Top Shelf Mobile Bar Co. I was born and raised in Lancaster County. I am a mother to a beautiful little girl as well as a stepmother to two amazing teenage sons. I have been a full-time bartender now for over 19 years and absolutely love what I do, which is why I chose to start Top Shelf Mobile Bar Co. Over the years, I have handled all sorts of events ranging anywhere from weddings, birthdays and corporate events to holiday events and family gatherings. Bartending has always been my passion and I would love for Top Shelf to be able to help make your event extra special!
Our Services
We are here to handle all of your bartending needs! We will work personally with you in creating a custom drink menu for your event, as well as assist you with the amounts of alcohol needing to be purchased to meet your event needs. All of our bartenders are certified and insured with years of experience. They will be able to handle everything from water & sodas to mocktails & cocktails! All of our quotes include cups, napkins, straws, ice, mixers, garnishes, water and sodas. We have numerous bars to choose from that can be decorated to match your event. We also have all sorts of add-ons available for your choosing to make your event extra special. We are constantly adding different bar options and add-ons to help Top Shelf give you the best experience!
